We are a friendly group of enthusiastic quilters and our aim is to promote an interest in, and to preserve the skills of patchwork and quilting by giving members an opportunity to meet together and be inspired and stimulated by talks, demonstrations and workshops.

We meet once a month, usually at the Lavant Memorial Hall and sometimes at North Munden Hall, please check the programme. Our members skills vary from absolute beginner to expert.

Meetings are held on the first Thursday in the month except for August.  Some are held in the morning or for the day, and a couple are held in the afternoon.  Some of our speakers give workshops on a Friday.

From time to time we take note of members requests and run extra in house workshops for those who want to learn basic techniques.

We have an extensive library of patchwork and quilting books which is free to all members. We try to update our stock regularly.
